Hire Bikes in Dollar

General: You will be using the bike for commuting and or leisure purposes in the Clackmannanshire area. Production of a name and address: e.g. driving licence/current utility/council tax bill will be required on collection of bike. The bike is used on the following basis: For the period of loan time to be agreed on issue. Its prime use will be for daily transport for work/leisure etc. The person borrowing the bike is a competent cyclist A bike check will be completed with the hirer prior to the hire and on return. You accept complete responsibility during the period of hire for the safe custody of the equipment and for any loss, theft or damage. The bike must be secured to a fixed item with the lock provided when unaccompanied and the bike should be stored locked under cover when not in use (overnight etc). Any loss, theft, damage or accident should be notified to Active Dollar immediately and in the case of theft or accident reported to the Police. The use of the provided helmet is strongly advised. Restriction of use: Use of bikes will normally be used for travel in and around the Forth valley area. However, we can’t police this and trust that the user and will not take the bike too far afield; user is responsible for getting the bike back. No attempt should be made to adjust any part the bike other than the saddle height or tyre pressure. If there are any problems found with the bike, please contact Active Dollar to report the fault.
